Your data is safe

Your fleet’s maintenance log is proof during an inspection and adds value when you sell a machine. Here is, concretely, how Godet protects it.

• Hosted in Europe

  The database and files (photos, videos, invoices) are hosted in the European Union, in Ireland. The website is served from Dublin.

• Encrypted

  All traffic uses HTTPS. Data is encrypted on the hosting provider’s disks. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

• Kept separate per company

  Each company sees only its own data: access rules are enforced by the database itself, not just the app. Files are private and open only through short-lived links.

• Everyone by role

  Owner, admin, mechanic, operator: each person has only the rights of their role. When someone leaves, one click in Settings → Team is enough.

• Backed up every day

  A full copy of the database is made every day and kept for seven days.

• Nothing gets erased

  A wrong entry is withdrawn with a reason and stays visible in the history; every change is logged. After the trial or if you cancel, the garage becomes read-only: nothing is deleted.

• Your data stays yours

  Export your whole fleet and log to an Excel workbook at any time, and each machine’s log as a PDF. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. On request, we delete it.

• AI under control

  The assistant and photo meter reading send the AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) only the question or photo and the data needed, at the moment of the request. This data is not used to train its models. The assistant can’t change anything.

• Location: only if you want it

  GPS location of entries is off by default. If the company switches it on, it is captured only when an entry is logged, never continuously, and each person can remove it.

• Secure payment

  Subscriptions are paid at Stripe. Godet never receives or stores card details.

• Shared devices

  Offline mode keeps a copy of the fleet on the device; it is wiped when you sign out.
